Electrical BIM Team Lead
We're seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Team Lead to oversee the development, coordination, and delivery of Electrical BIM models across all project stages. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
About the Role
This position involves managing and guiding a team of Electrical BIM professionals to ensure accurate and efficient model development. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective model coordination and clash-free deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of Electrical BIM model development, coordination, and delivery.
* Leadership and guidance of the Electrical BIM team.
* Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams for model coordination and clash detection.
* Conducting regular model audits and quality control reviews.
* Preparation and delivery of BIM-related documentation.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in Electrical BIM modeling and coordination.
* Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Electrical discipline).
* Strong experience using Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
* Familiarity with industry tools such as BIM 360, ACC, and Bluebeam.
Preferred Qualifications
A solid understanding of U.S. construction practices, NEC codes, and electrical engineering principles is preferred. Experience in developing BIM standards and workflows for electrical systems is also beneficial.
