As a Technical Program Manager/Delivery Manager, you will oversee project delivery for key customers across various technological tracks, lead teams, and ensure regular updates to stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, by collaborating with technology teams.
2. Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand project scope and document it as per defined standards.
3. Manage and lead teams across technologies, fostering collaboration and productivity.
4. Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to maintain quality control procedures.
5. Act as a primary point of contact for Customer needs management and expectation management for highest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or related field with proven experience in software development project management. Essential skills include strong leadership, team management, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
