Overview of the Role

The Skills & Role Content Specialist plays a crucial role in designing the skills, competencies, job descriptions, and hiring criteria that define how our Talent team assesses, selects, and develops high-quality professionals. You'll bring clarity and consistency to role content and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and maintaining competency models, skills frameworks, and proficiency levels for Talent roles.
- Writing and updating job descriptions, including responsibilities, requirements, must-have skills, and role expectations.
- Translating role needs into clear hiring criteria, ensuring alignment with Technical and non-Technical requirements.
- Creating structured behavioral descriptors that support hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Mapping skills and competencies across seniority levels (Junior → Senior).
- Collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Role Architecture, Enablement, L& D, Governance, and Performance to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Governing updates to ensure all role content remains clear, standardized, and up-to-date.

Requirements:

- Experience: 3+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR Consulting, or Competency Framework Design.
- Content Creation: Demonstrated experience creating competency models, skills matrices, behavioral indicators, or hiring content.
- Technical Skills: Advanced experience with Excel/Google Sheets and documentation tools.
- Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional HR or Talent teams.
- Language: Advanced level of English.

Desired Tools Experience:

- Documentation platforms like Notion or Confluence.
- Flowchart/mapping tools such as Miro or Lucidchart.

Personal Attributes:

- Thinking in skills, behaviors, and observable actions.
- Excellent writing skills to express complex ideas simply.
- Detail-oriented and rigorous in content structuring.
- Enjoy being the link between Hiring, Training, Performance, and Role Architecture.
- Motivated by clarity, consistency, and content excellence.
