Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Agile professional to lead our customer data ecosystem teams. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives while removing obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress.
This role requires strong coaching skills, with experience in Agile principles and practices. You will collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
Main Responsibilities
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for customer data ecosystem teams
* Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress
* Cause work towards adopting Agile best practices within the team by fostering collaboration environment where members feel empowered to contribute innovate actively management development cycles continuously drive impact change oversees integration cross-team coordination maintaining synergy across departments
