About the Role
In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for evaluating client requirements, guiding them to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue, and participating in converting their business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
* Establish a positive rapport with clients to develop and maintain long-term relationships.
* Evaluate client business requirements, effort estimation, and guide clients to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Participate in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
* Gain and maintain knowledge of identifying critical business impact issues from Service Desk.
* Assist with document maintenance and updates to client system environments.
* Participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
