About the job_**
- We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of a full-stack analyst, a professional who can contribute as a business, system, and product analyst to our customer onboarding and account management team. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to help drive our innovative product forward._
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze and document business processes and customer journeys
- Create detailed functional and technical specifications for developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with product goals
- Identify opportunities for product and customer experience improvement
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Participate in CustDev and hypothesis testing
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in banks, fintech, or financial services
- Proficiency in data modeling, business process modeling (BPMN, UML), and requirements gathering techniques
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Product-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with SQL, API integrations, and service architecture
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Strong understanding of KYB/KYC processes for corporate customers and set up multi-currency accounts
- Experience with blockchain technology, cryptocurrency or other emerging fintech trends
- Understanding of the differences in KYB/KYC details and financial regulation across jurisdictions globally
- Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools
