We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain scalable Power BI solutions to meet business needs. Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and publishing Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective business intelligence solutions.
* Performing data modeling, transformation, and DAX scripting for complex calculations.
* Ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance optimization of Power BI solutions.
* Integrating and transforming data from various sources, including SQL databases and ETL processes.
* Maintaining data security, governance, and compliance within business intelligence solutions.
* Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and training to business users.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Power BI Developer (3+ years preferred).
* Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX.
* Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
* Proficiency in SQL and querying large datasets.
* Experience integrating Power BI with multiple data sources (Excel, SQL Server, Azure, APIs, etc.).
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
* Knowledge of Azure Data services (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks) is a plus.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is an advantage.
