We are looking for a candidate with experience in Professional Services or customer-facing technical project management roles, preferably within the CRM space (Salesforce, Dynamics, or HubSpot). The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with clients, gathering and analyzing requirements, and translating business needs into clear application and customer requirements.The candidate should be able to produce design documentation based on business requirements and collaborate closely with developers to define technical requirements. Experience with programming or coding is strongly preferred, as it enables the candidate to create stronger technical design documents and effectively bridge the gap between business and engineering teams.RESPONSIBILITIESUnderstand the business requirements and processes of customers and translate them to specific functional specificationsFacilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholdersDesign, manage and conduct client interviews to validate the proposed solutions with requirementsMaintain requirements tracking to keep tight control over evolving business requirements and scope changesBecome a solution expert who can guide customers on how best to realize value from Magentrix productsFacilitating design sessions with the solution architect to define the solution, specifications, and scope.Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet delivery and budget targetsCoordinate with other Engagement Managers to conduct resource planning and ensure that the project members are utilized effectively.QUALIFICATIONSUniversity degree in engineering, science or technology field or equivalentProject Management certification or equivalent experience is an assetSalesforce or other CRM certifications is an assetExperience in preparing solution proposals and detailed functional requirements in consultation with clients and partnersLEAD EXPERIENCEKnowledge of CRM application implementation (Salesforce, Dynamics, or HubSpot)Minimum 3-5 years working as a business analyst/system analyst in a technology settingAble to work under stress and conflicting timelines when necessaryStrong interpersonal skills and communicates clearly and concisely (written and verbal)Flexible, energetic, and able to work well with others in a client-focused, innovative and cross-functional environmentProficiency in Google Apps, Project management tools, bug tracking & collaboration tools.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills balanced with common sense and initiativeResults-oriented and process-driven, with high expectations of self and teamAbility to set expectations with clients and promptly follow through to progress implementations effectively and in a timely mannerAbility to effectively receive and communicate feedback
