Join to apply for the Project Manager for Control and Protection Systems - Jundiaí, SP role at Siemens Energy.ResponsibilitiesFull responsibility for the management of projects within the area of protection, control, and HMI in HV projects.Manage the project budget and prioritize tasks, guaranteeing that the project remains within financial constraints.Assurance of the project delivery within timeline, budget, and high quality.Risk-, Opportunity- and Claim Management.Support of proposal management in the offering phase.Track project progress and performance, including changes and claims, providing regular updates and reports to customers.Prepare and maintain project management documents, including schedules, reports, etc.Guarantee that the project meets vital quality standards and that work is finished in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.What You BringUniversity degree in electrical, electronic engineering, automation or similar.Experience in project management in HV/MV substation automation projects. Recognise project management certifications (e.g. IPMA, PM@Siemens, PMP, PMI, etc.) are a plus.Customer management, adaptability, problem-solving, attention to detail, reporting and leadership to governance are essential for this role.Desirable expertise in automated technologies and safety measures for HV-substations.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Project and Visio, as well as cloud storage and teamwork tools (i.e. Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.About The TeamOur Grid Technology division enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid.
