Location: Europe-based (remote, with occasional travel) Languages: English - Must have, Ukrainian - big plus About the Company: Our client is a global leader in payment solutions, catering to fast-growing digital sectors, including iGaming, Forex, Crypto, and e-commerce. With millions of transactions processed each month, the company operates in Europe, Africa, Latin America, and Asia. Their proprietary payment infrastructure supports over 60 payment methods, including local options and crypto, all backed by PCI DSS security, encryption, multicurrency processing, and an in-house back-office solution. Key features include: AI-based routing for optimal transaction approval rates Open banking and Pay-by-Bank payment experiences Scalable infrastructure for high-risk merchants Local and international payment gateways (cards, digital wallets, and crypto) Flexible API integration and 24/7 support by dedicated teams Role Scope: We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales/Relationship Specialist with a proven track record of developing and expanding business in competitive, fast-moving markets. This role focuses on generating high-value deals and building strategic relationships with enterprise-level clients. Key Responsibilities: Originate and close large-scale B2B deals, negotiating contracts with high-volume potential. Develop and nurture client relationships across multiple regions and business models. Act as a strategic advisor for clients, offering tailored solutions in bank cards, alternative payments, and crypto. Collaborate with product, legal, and technical teams to shape offerings and deliver customized proposals. Lead negotiations with C-level executives and manage complex, multi-regional integrations. Drive client account expansion, aiming for significant growth in transaction volume and value. Provide valuable insights from client interactions to influence product and service improvements. Required Experience & Qualifications: 5 years in Key Account or Enterprise Sales, preferably in fintech, payments, banking, _SaaS_, or high-risk industries. Proven experience closing strategic deals and managing long-term B2B relationships. Deep knowledge of payment solutions (PSP, acquiring, alternative payments, open banking, crypto, compliance, onboarding). Ability to effectively communicate technical and commercial information to decision-makers. Proactive self-starter with strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and relationship management. Fluent English (C1) required for negotiations, correspondence, and executive presentations.
