Overview
OpenAssets seeks a content marketing and social media manager with deep expertise in blockchain, digital assets, and institutional finance. Must possess exceptional copywriting skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts such as tokenization, capital markets infrastructure and stablecoins into clear, engaging content.
What You’ll Do
Content Planning & Execution

Develop and maintain a content calendar with 100% on-time delivery.
Produce high-quality content across various formats: white papers, blogs, case studies, reports, and email marketing.
Create long-form pieces per month that demonstrate technical prowess and thought leadership.

Copywriting & Content Creation

Draft compelling copy for social media platforms, thought leadership pieces, and marketing campaigns.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging language that resonates with the target audience.

Social Media Management

Manage and grow company social media accounts (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
Engage with the community, monitor social conversations, and respond to trends in real time.
Strive for a +50% organic traffic growth quarter-over-quarter across social channels.

Collaboration & Visual Storytelling

Partner with the design team to create visual assets that complement and enhance written content.
Ensure that all content meets brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice.

Analytics & Trend Monitoring

Utilize social media and content analytics tools (e.g., Google Suite, HubSpot, social scheduling tools) to track engagement, measure success, and identify content opportunities.
Leverage AI tools to enhance production efficiencies and empower data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

2 to 4 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, copywriting, or a related role.
Demonstrated ability to write credibly about blockchain, digital assets, and institutional finance (or adjacent domains like fintech, capital markets, or enterprise B2B technical content with rapid learning).
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with strong ability to simplify complex concepts.
Proficiency with social media platforms (Meta, X/Twitter, LinkedIn)
Familiarity with Google Suite, HubSpot, and/or social media scheduling tools is a plus.
Comfortable collaborating with designers and cross-functional stakeholders to produce accurate, polished work.
Highly proactive and organized, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Must be able to operate with increasing independence.
