Job Title
The Sales Operations Associate will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring seamless processes.
About This Role
* Maintain accurate records in CRM, update lead information, call notes, and pipeline status
* Evaluate inbound applications from prospects
* Schedule and coordinate sales calls, follow-ups, and client onboarding activities
* Send follow-up emails and reminders to prospects on behalf of the sales team
* Manage sales materials, proposals, contracts, and presentation documents
* Track performance metrics, generate sales reports, and maintain dashboards for team visibility
* Handle administrative tasks including calendar management, data entry, and file organization
* Support lead nurturing campaigns and re-engagement initiatives
* Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to facilitate communication
