We are currently seeking an experienced
Program Manager
to support
Client
on strategic SAP-related initiatives. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple related initiatives under NDA project, with a particular focus on
SAP access management and access segregation
. The Program Manager will ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic goals, while managing program scope, schedule, budget, and successful delivery of key deliverables.
The role will also include support for onboarding contractors, program governance, project planning, and coordination of various SAP activities across global teams.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in program management, with demonstrated success in managing
large-scale, complex initiatives
—ideally in a global enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile).
Expertise in
budget management, resource optimization

Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills, particularly in a

Solid understanding of
business processes
and how they integrate across functions.
Proficiency in tools such as

Experience in
SAP access management/access segregation
, or having led/implemented access management solutions in an SAP landscape.
Familiarity with
NDA projects
and handling sensitive enterprise-wide data or access-related projects is a plus.

Facilitate communication across global teams and leadership to ensure alignment.
Ensure compliance with
program governance processes
, including regular reporting and participation in decision-making forums.
Lead continuous improvement efforts across program/project delivery practices.
Optimize cross-functional resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery.
