As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing enterprise architecture, encompassing design, governance, technological integration, and operational excellence. Your mission is to translate business objectives into modern, secure, and scalable architectures aligned with international standards, automation, sustainability, and innovation goals.
* Main Responsibilities
* Define, document, and evolve integrated Enterprise Architecture models (business, applications, data, technology) using frameworks such as TOGAF/ArchiMate, ensuring alignment with strategic demands of mining, sustainability, and digital transformation.
* Serve as a technical reference, leading cross-functional teams and promoting solution consolidation between IT, OT, and industrial automation, guaranteeing adherence to global corporate standards.
* Evaluate and validate new technologies, platforms, services, and methods (Cloud, Edge Computing, Digital Twins, IoT, Analytics, Cybersecurity), considering best practices in the mineral and natural resources sector.
* Develop and maintain architectural criteria prioritizing security, regulatory compliance (LGPD, PIPEDA, GDPR), performance, sustainability, and operational integration.
* Prepare detailed documentation (LLD/HLD, reference architectures, guidelines), transferring knowledge and mentoring technical and business teams locally and internationally.
* Lead communication between technical, operations, engineering, and global leaders, promoting efficient collaboration and respecting cultural differences.
* Continuously analyze technological, regulatory, and business trends, proposing standards and improvements positioning the company as an international reference in sustainable and digital mining.
* Participate directly in supplier selection/merger processes, prioritizing interoperability, innovation, and return on investment in critical projects.
