The role of the Business Process Optimization Specialist is pivotal in delivering value-added solutions for sales, marketing, and billing teams. This involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders and solution architects to transform stakeholder visions into functional features.
* Key responsibilities include assessing business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds.
* Business analysts facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
* Functional design specifications are documented by detailing epics, features, and user stories.
* Scrum teams review feature designs, estimate effort, and prepare for sprint cycles during refinement sessions led by the Business Analyst.
* Bug triage, QA and UAT test planning, execution, and presentation of live product demonstrations are supported.
* Release notes for end-users are prepared, and assistance is provided with sprint planning, stakeholder communications, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
* In addition, contributing to change management through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement is an integral part of the role.
