Job Overview :
The Digital Delivery Coordinator at WSI will manage digital marketing campaigns delivered via the WSI Corporate Store and WSI HUB. This role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction as it involves ensuring the performance and quality of digital product delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO best practices and content writing for digital marketing. Besides SEO and content, the coordinator will support other digital marketing initiatives as needed.
Responsibilities :
1. Maintain client satisfaction by delivering quality work within set timeframes.
2. Coordinate the delivery of digital marketing products, including SEO.
3. Organize delivery processes with external vendors and internal teams, utilizing appropriate tools and technology.
4. Provide accurate reports and analytical data as required.
5. Deliver projects aligned with KPIs and quality metrics.
6. Resolve delivery issues professionally and promptly.
7. Use project management systems (preferably ClickUp) to ensure organization and efficiency.
8. Manage priorities effectively and attend daily team meetings to report progress and issues.
9. Set realistic timelines and keep stakeholders informed of delays.
10. Drive projects forward and escalate obstacles to management when necessary.
Skills / Qualifications :
1. Post-secondary education is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Basic knowledge of SEO, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and AI-driven search trends (e.g., SGE, AI-generated search results).
3. Strong content writing skills; experience with web content, ad copy, and SEO-driven articles is advantageous.
4. Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush is preferred.
5. Google Ad certification is a plus.
6. Proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to overcome obstacles.
7. Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp is preferred.
8. Highly organized with effective systems and tools.
9. Persistent, eager to improve skills, and goal-oriented.
