Requirements:

* Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar role. A focus on professional services, accounting, or finance is preferred.

* Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone or video call.

* Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

* Strong ability to research and identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop targeted outreach strategies.

* Remote work experience: Previous success in a remote role, with the ability to manage time, priorities, and communication effectively without direct supervision.

* Comfortable leveraging digital tools such as Slack, Zoom, and marketing automation software to optimize sales efforts.

* CRM proficiency: Hands-on experience using CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and analyzing performance.

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday 9-5 PM PST (8 hours per day)
90-day probationary period as PT (4 hours per day)
