You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.Responsibilities • Design and build robust, scalable backend services using modern engineering principles; • Apply best practices to ensure maintainability, performance, reliability, and security; • Develop and maintain services using C# and .NET; • Work with Azure Cloud Services and deploy solutions on Azure infrastructure; • Design and operate cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes; • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps; • Develop tooling to create and import test data for efficient test setup; • Implement end-to-end and scale test automation; • Write, execute, and evaluate API and service-level automated tests; • Collaborate closely with Microsoft and internal stakeholders; • Take shared ownership of code quality, testing, and operational excellence.Required Skills & Experience• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience; • Fluent English with strong communication skills; • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer or 10+ years as a Principal Software Engineer; • Strong experience in building scalable backend systems; • Proficiency in C# / .NET • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services; • Experience with Kubernetes and cloud deployments on Azure; • Solid understanding of DevOps practices, including: Azure DevOps, build and release pipelines, experience with NoSQL databases and Azure Data Lake Storage; • Strong background in test automation, including API, service, and end-to-end testing; • Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio, VS Code, GitHub, and Azure DevOps (ADO); • Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools; • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Core Services, and the Power Platform is a strong plus.
