You will lead the CRM team, leveraging data-driven insights to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with our Brazilian audience. Your key responsibilities will include:Develop and execute the CRM strategy for the Brazilian market, aligned with local market trends and consumer behaviorLead and mentor the CRM team, nurturing talent and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, results-oriented campaignsUtilize data and analytics to monitor KPIs, evaluate campaign performance, and optimize customer journeysCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a consistent brand message and seamless customer experienceDesign and implement loyalty programs, promotions, and personalized offers that drive customer retention and acquisitionIdentify new opportunities for customer engagement through various channelsDevelop and manage the CRM budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize return on investmentStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting CRM strategies in the gaming sectorWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plusMinimum of 5 years of experience in CRM or related roles within the iGaming or technology sectorsStrong understanding of the Brazilian gaming market, customer behavior, and regulatory environmentProven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies that increase customer engagement and loyaltyExceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsExcellent leadership and team management skills, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellenceOutstanding written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and EnglishStrong familiarity with CRM tools and platforms, marketing automation tools, and data analytics softwareStrong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWe truly value our people at Novibet Within our vibrant, dynamic, and fast-paced environment, we encourage everyone to reach their full potential while enjoying every step of the journey.
