Grow with us, and be a part of the Bayanihan spirit.Role Overview/Tasks:Handles data analytics and ad hoc case studies, machine utilization and capacity computationsManages projects of plant and division initiativesSupports Lean Implementation Program, implementation of Lean Six Sigma concepts, development and presentation of training materialsSupports Strategic Planning Exercises and Budget review processGenerates Plant Key Performance Indicators Reports and development of data spreadsheets or programsQualifications:Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Management, or other related engineering courses.Fresh graduates may apply but those with 3-5 years of work experience are preferred (preferably in the manufacturing industry)Intermediate skills in MS Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint; ability to develop publication materials through Adobe/Canva is a plusHas experience in handling and facilitating projects and case studiesExperience and knowledge in Lean Management concepts and Programs; with Lean Six Sigma Belt is a plusWe are committed to providing our employees with the best possible experience.
