DescriptionAs Acendeo continues to scale, we’re looking for a Marketing Wordsmith who can turn our technical infrastructure into a lead-generation powerhouse. Your goal is two-fold: Build the Inbound Engine by establishing Acendeo and our founders as authorities on LinkedIn, and Optimize the Outbound Engine by crafting email copy that cuts through the noise of a crowded inbox. You will work closely with our Head of Marketing and Automation Lead to ensure our voice is consistent, authoritative, and high-converting.English fluency is a MUST for this role! You will extract insights through regular briefings and turn them into high-engagement posts that drive inbound leads and provide social proof for prospects in the sales cycle.High-Volume Email Copy: Work with the automation team to test, tweak, and overhaul the copy for thousands of outbound emails per month. You’ll be responsible for A/B testing hooks, value props, and CTAs to maximize positive reply rates.Content Repurposing: Take the \"winning\" LinkedIn content and adapt it for the company blog and other social channels. Your focus is on building a digital footprint that screams \"authority\" to anyone researching our brand.Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the team to align content with broader company goals and work with the Sales Team to create \"middle-of-the-funnel\" assets that help close deals.Performance Iteration: We don't believe in “set it and forget it.” You will constantly analyze reply rates and engagement metrics to iterate on what’s working.Requirements2-4+ Years in B2B Copywriting: Specifically within the SaaS, Professional Services, or Agency space. You understand how to speak to executives and decision-makers.Proven LinkedIn Track Record: You’ve successfully managed a founder’s brand or a company page, demonstrating an understanding of the algorithm, formatting, and social-first writing.Direct Response Expertise: You know how to write cold emails that get replies. You understand the difference between a marketing blast and a one-to-one personalized outreach style.Ghostwriting Ability: You have an adaptable writing style and can interview a subject matter expert to extract their unique perspective and voice.Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable looking at data (open rates, reply rates, engagement) and using it to inform your next draft.Technical Literacy: While you don't need to be an automation whiz, you should be comfortable working alongside an automation lead and navigating tools like SmartLead, Instantly, or similar ESPs.Portfolio of Results: You can show us content you've written that directly resulted in engagement, leads, or revenue.
