We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our dynamic team.
As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of a Pay-Per-Use program by identifying, triaging, and resolving data and process discrepancies tied to financial operations. You will bring a strong analytical mindset, an understanding of how data flows across systems, and the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and business teams.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting and updating reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance of the displayed data. Additionally, you will write and modify SQL queries to investigate issues, validate fixes, and extract data as needed. Your ability to collaborate closely with internal finance, technical, and business stakeholders will support billing and revenue-related processes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Triage and resolve data issues within the Pay-Per-Use program
* Maintain and manage Jira boards, including issue tracking, documentation, and validation of outcomes
* Troubleshoot and update Tableau reports (10–15 dashboards)
* Write and modify SQL queries to investigate issues, validate fixes, and extract data as needed
To be successful in this role, you will have 3+ years of experience in a data analyst, reporting analyst, or similar analytical role. Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data investigation and analysis is required. You will also need hands-on experience modifying and troubleshooting Tableau dashboards and working with backend data sources. Skilled in managing issues in Jira and working across business and technical teams. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Familiarity with navigating Salesforce and SAP for data verification is also desired.
