Along with our partner, we are seeking an experienced Social Media Coordinator to join our global team on a six-month contract, with the potential to extend. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who already knows social media.
You will work closely with their Senior Specialists and Senior Manager, taking ownership of mid-tier campaign coordination, skilled content support, and reporting and analytics. Strong English writing skills and a confident grasp of LinkedIn content are essential — as is the ability to exercise content judgement independently.
You will be able to confidently use AI to support efficiency but have good judgment and attention to detail to ensure outputs are accurate and effective.
Please note: This is a contract role through the end of the year (December 31).
Key Responsibilities:
Skilled Content Support
* Select assets for posts across mid-tier campaigns, applying content judgment and brand standards
* Write captions for quick-turn posts and one-off content requests, in line with brand tone and best practices
* Ensure posts align with brand guidelines before publishing
* Support with Elevate (employee advocacy platform) requests, including self-serve rollout
Campaign Coordination
* Own coordination of campaigns end-to-end
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage timelines, approvals, and content plans
* Manage campaign tracking and visibility for assigned workstreams
Reporting and Analytics
* Build and maintain dashboards and data collection frameworks for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
* Produce campaign reports
Publishing and Content Calendar
* Upload and schedule some content in Sprinklr, ensuring correct tagging and visibility
What We're Looking For:
Essential
* Minimum 3 years of social media experience, with a strong LinkedIn track record — social content creation experience is essential
* Excellent written English — you can write clean, on-brand captions and coordinate across multiple stakeholders without heavy oversight
* Strong content judgement — you can select assets and write for social independently, and know what good looks like on LinkedIn
* Proven experience managing content calendars and coordinating with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable with reporting: you can pull data, build dashboards, and present findings clearly
* Experience with social media publishing tools (Sprinklr or similar)
* Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities with minimal direction
Preferred
* Experience coordinating social media for a B2B, professional services, or large corporate brand
* Familiarity with employee advocacy platforms
* Experience producing or supporting reporting outputs for senior stakeholders
* Proficiency with MS Office and digital collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom)
* Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT)
* What to Expect
* This is a high-output, fast-paced role. You will be working across multiple campaigns simultaneously, with stakeholders in different time zones. You will have clear ownership of your workstreams and work within the wider Social Media team.
* This is not a role for someone learning the basics of social media. It is an opportunity for an experienced social media professional to make an immediate impact, deliver quality work, and develop deeper expertise within a high-performing global team.
Benefits:
* A fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.
* The opportunity to lead and coordinate impactful LinkedIn and B2B social media campaigns for a global organization.
* Two weeks of paid vacation per year.
* 10 paid days for local holidays.
*Please note our partner is only looking for full-time dedicated team members who are eager to fully integrate within their team.
