* Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with account managers and sales to align hiring strategies with client needs.
* Employer Branding: Highlight our company culture, values, and benefits through recruitment campaigns.
* Compliance: Follow all legal and internal hiring policies.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the ATS and report on recruitment metrics.
* Talent Pipelining: Keep a pool of qualified candidates ready for future roles.
* Candidate Support: Be the main point of contact for questions and updates.
* Outreach Goals: Achieve weekly targets for calls, emails, and candidate engagement.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Experience in tech recruitment is a plus.
