Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Finance team as a Financial Planning Analyst. This role will be responsible for providing critical financial insights to support business decision-making, developing and maintaining accurate financial models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the monthly labour process, including updating actuals and forecasts;
* Support the buildup of labour-related Balance Sheet accounts and Cash Flow statements, owning monthly updates and analyses;
* Collaborate with HR and various teams on workforce planning, analyzing financial data, and develop actionable insights;
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, strategic thinking capabilities.
