Drive Loyalty and Marketing Automation
We're seeking a skilled Product Owner to spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge platforms for LATAM markets.
* Prioritize and maintain the product backlog for Loyalty and Marketing Automation initiatives.
* Create clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; update documentation in our knowledge base.
* Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Requirements
* At least 5 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in marketing tech or CRM.
* Strong grasp of Agile methodology and sprint management principles.
* Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
* Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is a plus.
