What You’ll Do
Handle inbound calls and convert leads into booked appointments
Follow up with warm and cold leads (calls + SMS)
Manage conversations and pipeline inside CRM (Go HighLevel)
Respond quickly and guide leads toward booking
Ensure a strong, professional first impression

High lead-to-appointment conversion rate
Fast response time (calls and SMS)
Fully booked schedules
Consistent follow-up with all leads
Positive patient feedback
Requirements (Must-Have)
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Experience with lead conversion, appointment setting, or phone sales
Strong communication and rapport-building skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and performance-driven
Nice to Have
Experience with Go HighLevel CRM or similar
Background in healthcare, wellness, or service-based businesses
