The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department by performing various financial and administrative tasks. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable: Process and monitor incoming payments. Prepare and send payment supplements. Generate and send invoices to clients. Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collections. Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments. Reconcile statements and resolve any discrepancies. Assist in managing vendor relationships. Review the invoices to be paid, ensuring that the values and other information are correct.E xpense Management:E nsure timely reimbursement to employees.G eneral Administrative Support:F illing out forms for credit studies.P rovide administrative assistance to the finance department as needed.C ollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.Q ualifications: 3 and 4 years experience in the position is the mandatory requirementCompleted study Accounting Science Degree, Administration or area correspondenceProven experience as an analyst in a finance or accounting role is an mandatoryFamiliarity with financial software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
