Job Title: PERM Project Coordinator
This is a highly organized and proactive role focused on scheduling, documentation, communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations.
The ideal candidate will be skilled at coordinating across teams and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
* Quality Assurance: Quality assurance functions that involve the careful review of documents for accuracy and consistency.
* Project Delivery: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
* Performance Measurement: Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
* Client Relationship Management: Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
* Project Lifecycle Management: Manage all lifecycle stages for a project from ideation through sunset, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time.
