Project Leadership Role
* Oversight and management of software development projects from inception to completion ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
* Collaboration with product teams to define project scopes timelines and deliverables, promoting a shared understanding and commitment to success.
* Utilization of Agile methodologies to plan sprints coordinate teams and facilitate meetings, fostering an environment of open communication and collective responsibility.
* Presentation of comprehensive technical documentation and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and stakeholder satisfaction.
* Monitoring of project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
* Minimum 2-5+ years of experience in project management and product management roles preferably in technology or software development.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools, with a strong track record of successful project execution.
* Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex product requirements, and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
* Excellent English communication skills ranging from intermediate to fluent, with the ability to articulate project plans, status, and results to various audiences.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or higher being preferred for senior-level project leadership roles.
