Job Responsibilities
* Sales Target Management: Responsible for breaking down and achieving regional sales targets, collection indicators, and customer development goals to ensure the delivery of performance objectives.
* Strategy & Planning Formulation: Develop targeted market strategies, sales strategies, and annual/quarterly sales plans based on regional market characteristics to drive business growth.
* Customer Relationship Management & Expansion: Conduct visits, receptions, and long-term relationship maintenance with key accounts and partner organizations in the region. Deeply explore customer needs, advance project cooperation, and achieve continuous business expansion.
* Team Business Guidance: Provide business guidance to team members, share industry experience and sales skills, and help improve the overall team capabilities and goal achievement.
Job Requirements
* Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with no restrictions on majors.
* Work Experience: Over 3 years of sales experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry, with proven expertise in key account sales and regional market operation.
* Professional Knowledge: Familiar with business knowledge related to procurement, sales, and planning in the manufacturing industry, with an understanding of industry market trends and business processes.
* Competencies: Excellent internal and external communication and coordination skills, strong decision-making and judgment abilities, and market insight. High resilience to pressure, result-oriented, and able to travel for work as needed.
