Business Development Leader in LATAM
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Leader to drive growth across LATAM for nutraceutical ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM by fostering strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business, leveraging market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans to drive sales growth.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches that meet customer needs.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect share, ensuring the company maintains its competitive edge.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets through accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene, driving business results.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events to establish thought leadership and build brand awareness.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
