Technical Cutover Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned SAP technical cutover manager to lead and coordinate the end-to-end SAP technical activities for our global project.
Job Description
In this role, you will co-lead with K-C leadership and PMO to guide the project team's efforts in successfully deploying a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure for K-C business segments in Asia.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the project life cycle, ensuring technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities, and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
* Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence, aligning with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members, adhering to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
* Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through the Microsoft Asure DevOps (ADO) project management tool, meetings, emails, and project documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW, and more) and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects is required for this Technical Cutover Manager to manage all technical activities of other technical cutover resources.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
