We're looking for a Video Ad Creative Expert who knows how to turn ideas into high-performing short-form ads across TikTok and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). This is not a generic editing role. We need someone who understands attention, pacing, hooks, and conversion-driven creative and can execute at a high level using modern tools, motion design, and AI-generated talent (avatars/voice). - Create short-form video ads (5–30 seconds) optimized for: -TikTok -Instagram Reels -Facebook Feed & Stories
- Develop scroll-stopping hooks within the first 1–3 seconds
- Use advanced motion design to increase retention: -Kinetic typography -Dynamic text overlays -Pattern interrupts -Seamless jump cuts
- Execute clean, high-impact transitions, including: -Speed ramps -Zoom cuts -Match cuts -Masking transitions -Flash/whip transitions (used strategically, not overdone)
- Work with AI avatars & voice tools: -Synthesia, HeyGen, or similar -Lip-sync alignment -Natural pacing and tone -Avatar scene composition + background styling
- Combine: -Stock footage -B-roll -Screen recordings -UI overlays into cohesive, high-converting creatives
- Rapidly produce and iterate on multiple variations per concept What We
