We are seeking a skilled professional to support a development team working on the internationalization and maintenance of a large-scale e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand deployment requirements and adapt the distributed microservices e-commerce platform for translation and localization.
* Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes deployments using Helm charts, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
* Operate and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, diagnosing and resolving failures in automated deployment processes to ensure seamless integration.
* Work closely with Java and Python developers to resolve deployment issues and optimize system performance.
* Troubleshoot client ecosystem tools based on self-service pipelines, providing timely resolutions to technical issues.
* Support backend technologies such as PostgreSQL and Kafka, handling configuration, connectivity, and integration challenges.
* Retrieve and analyze logs from Kubernetes pods and on-prem VMs using Grafana, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), and Jenkins logs to identify areas for improvement.
* Communicate effectively with English-speaking clients to gather requirements, clarify needs, and provide updates on project progress.
* Implement work management using a Kanban workflow, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
* Contribute to process improvements in deployment, documentation, monitoring, and troubleshooting procedures to enhance overall system performance.
