As a seasoned delivery expert, you will own the end-to-end execution of complex initiatives from planning through completion. You will build and manage delivery plans including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong collaboration with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking. You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams.
* Own delivery execution across complex cross-functional initiatives in an agile environment
* Build delivery plans including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
* Partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders providing clear updates and driving alignment
* Identify and mitigate risks resolve blockers and adjust plans as priorities evolve
* Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings and stakeholder workshops as needed
What We Are Looking For
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
* Experience supporting prioritization change management and delivery trade-offs
