Job Summary
Project Delivery Manager
Coordinate project delivery for key customers across multiple technology tracks. Foster a collaborative work environment and ensure regular updates to stakeholders through written reports.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
2. Work closely with customer stakeholders to ensure project scope is well understood and documented.
3. Lead and manage teams across technologies, promoting a culture of collaboration and open communication.
4. Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure quality control procedures and high standards in delivery.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and best practices.
7. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for team members.
8. Support hiring efforts for various technology tracks by working with Talent Acquisition Groups.
9. Ensure Statements of Work (SOWs) are signed and invoices cleared on-time by collaborating with finance teams and customer stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience in software development project management, with expertise in onshore/Nearshore/offshore models.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Familiarity with various project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and ITIL.
