Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive, who will be responsible for running Brazil’s account and new business development through segment aligned consultative & solution sales. The role will support our expansion into Brazilian markets and focus on new logo development.
Responsibilities
* Generate new leads and solicit business relationships with new clients
* Attain and exceed annual sales targets
* Proactively cross-sell and upsell the firms' solutions and services
* Drive sourcing, building, and delivery of RFPs for named accounts
* Actively participate in forecasting revenue
* Use Salesforce effectively to manage the sales process, lead generation to close, and maintain relevant data
* Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities from qualified client prospects
* Develop and execute new approaches and opportunities for expanding client base
* Collaborate with global operations to identify and develop service and solution offerings to meet client needs
Requirements
* 10-15 years total experience in IT services sales or business development
* Strong Banking & Capital Markets domain knowledge
* Proven experience managing and responding to RFP / RFI processes
* Broad exposure to application development and engineering services sales
* Experience or familiarity with Capital Markets platforms (Murex, Calypso, Finastra etc)
* Strong consultative and solution-selling approach
* Wide and active banking network
* High energy, strong ownership mindset, proactive and self-driven.
