Mission
Act as a strategic partnership with the leadership of Tecadi's matrix - a logistics operator - sharing guidelines, implementing human resources strategies and being a link between business and its employees. The position is responsible for both recruitment and selection of strategic, administrative and operational positions, as well as monitoring and evaluating the entire organizational structure of the unit. In this way, the HR and Management Analyst strengthens the company culture, fosters employee development and ensures the effectiveness of hiring in the company community.
Activities
* Act as a point of connection between HR and the leadership of the matrix, sharing strategies, guidelines and supporting decision-making with the leaders.
* Carry out the recruitment and selection of strategic, administrative and operational positions, being responsible for the complete cycle (announcement, screening, interview, evaluation and closure of the vacancy).
* Monitor with the leaders the recruitment of operational positions, being the guardian of the process efficiency, profile evaluation and integration.
* Collaborate in the development of leaders, assisting in performance evaluation, definition of development plans and potential evaluation.
* Advise managers on people management issues, such as feedback, conflict resolution, disciplinary measures and other daily needs.
* Monitor HR indicators - such as turnover, absenteeism and engagement - sharing analyses and suggesting improvement plans with the leaders.
* Implement and support training and development programs, together with HR, according to the needs of the matrix.
* Contribute to the construction and evaluation of human resources policies, aiming at organizational development and achieving results.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, HR or related areas
* Desirable: Post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or related fields (in progress or completed)
