We build and maintain thousands of retailer websites that must run reliably, efficiently, and effectively.We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Analyst to support our data management and analytics initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in data quality, data analysis, and data governance, with hands-on experience using Metaplane for data observability. The ideal candidate will also bring capabilities in data lineage, business glossary management, and data stewardship to ensure data integrity, usability, and compliance across the organization.The ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor data quality frameworks and rules using MetaplaneIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve data anomalies and pipeline issuesDefine and track data quality metrics and KPIsAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and insightsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutionsSupport reporting and analytics initiatives with accurate and reliable dataDocument and maintain end-to-end data lineage across systemsEnsure traceability of data from source to consumptionSupport impact analysis for data changesEnsure consistent use of data terms across the organizationPartner with business and technical teams to align terminologyAct as a data steward for assigned domainsEnforce data governance policies, standards, and best practicesSupport data ownership, and lifecycle managementRequirementsProven experience as a Technical Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar roleHands-on experience with Metaplane (required)Strong knowledge of:Experienced in Data Quality frameworks and toolsStrong experience in Data Analysis techniques and tools (SQL, Python, etc.)Experience in Data Lineage concepts and toolsBusiness Glossary and metadata managementData Governance and Data Stewardship practicesExperience working with modern data platforms (e.g., GCP, BigQuery)Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasetsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsStrong English communication skillsPLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUMES IN ENGLISH
