Our work sits at the intersection of product strategy, design excellence, and business growth.THE ROLEIn this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they get maximum valuefrom our compliance solutions while supporting smooth internal operations. You will work at theintersection of client relationship management, process optimization, and regulatory knowledge —making this an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.THE RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer SuccessServe as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building trusted long-termrelationshipsOnboard new clients by guiding them through platform setup, training, and initial complianceworkflowsConduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and health assessments to track clientsatisfaction and product adoptionProactively identify at-risk accounts and develop retention strategies in collaboration withSales and Product teamsGather and synthesize client feedback to inform product roadmap and service improvementsOperations & Process SupportSupport internal operational processes including workflow documentation, project tracking,and reportingMaintain accurate client data and interaction records in the CRM system (Notion)Assist in the development and refinement of SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge base contentMonitor deliverables and deadlines on behalf of clients, flagging risks proactively.Compliance SupportDevelop a working understanding of the regulatory frameworks relevant to our clients (e.G.,US and International entity compliance)Help complete orders for compliance related services such as business formations andAnnual filings ect.QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or operationsExceptional written and verbal (English) communication skills with the ability to explaincomplex concepts clearlyStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and client accountssimultaneouslyProficiency with Notion, Google and project management platforms is a plusA proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high attention to detailExperience supporting onboarding or implementation processes for software productsWhy Join Us?At Foundey, you will play a key role in shaping how an ambitious startup design partner communicates its value to the world.Today, our biggest bottleneck is not delivery — it’s clarity.
