Job Summary
Our US-based client is a leading solar energy solutions provider in Texas, committed to delivering efficient and sustainable power to our communities. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is a key administrative role responsible for processing Permits, HOA approvals, and interconnection approvals. They will need to speak with outside agencies and organizations (maybe customer interactions) and solve technical issues. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to multitask, adapt to new challenges, and support interdepartmental coordination with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a variety of administrative tasks, including processing documentation such as permits, HOA approvals, and interconnection applications.
Ensure clear and proactive communication with external agencies and organizations.
Serve as a point of contact for customer interactions, providing timely support and resolution.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues as needed.
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience in roles such as customer service, administrative assistant, or similar
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in written and digital formats.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude to build trust with the sales representatives
Ability to adapt to changes and learn new technologies
Effective time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
Time zone and working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm CDT.
Compensation: 1,000 - 1,500 USD/month
