The IT Collaboration Analyst - ServiceNow will be primarily responsible for supporting the custom app that is part of the global ServiceNow platform along with assisting with other modules as needed. What will you do? - Manage the day-to-day administrative support functions of the ServiceNow custom app. They will allow be responsible to gather, design, implement and configure the requirements that are required for the business by following ServiceNow Best practices; - Understanding and Modifying Business Roles and Client Scripts - Responsibilities will include troubleshooting, configuring, and implementing solutions; - Working closely with the business stakeholders to enhance the platform to meet the business needs while following ServiceNow governance and best practices. Work closely with the Managed Service Provider to ensure SLAs are meet and work is completed; - This position will also serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Managed Service Provider for questions and tier 3 support; - As part of the ServiceNow team, they will also assist with other modules of the ServiceNow platform that are owned by Mosaic; What do you need for this role? - Bachelor's in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer and Information Science - Proficient in Portuguese and English - Experience in ServiceNow app - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
