Sysadmin for Windows Environments
Our ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience managing Windows environments, troubleshooting system and network issues, and administering core Microsoft infrastructure services.
About the Role:
* This position involves managing and maintaining Active Directory, including user and group administration, OU structure, and permissions.
* The successful candidate will configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows-based services such as DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
* The role requires diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues within a Windows environment.
* Collaboration with other IT teams is necessary to escalate and resolve complex technical problems as needed.
* Maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations and operational procedures is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain Active Directory.
* Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows-based services.
* Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues.

Required Qualifications:
* Proven experience in Windows system administration.
* Strong knowledge of Active Directory and related services.
* Proficiency in managing DNS, DHCP, DFS, and GPOs.
* Solid troubleshooting skills for authentication and performance issues in Windows environments.
* Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, and IP subnetting.
* Able to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision.
* Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MSCE).
* Experience with remote desktop support tools.
* Familiarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell is a plus).
