Bachelors Degree in Education (Licenciatura em Pedagogia).Solid knowledge and proven experience with the BNCC curriculum.Fluent in English (spoken and written) mandatory requirement.Previous experience working with Project-Based Learning (PBL) highly desirable.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to form positive professional relationships with students, colleagues, and families.Proactive, flexible, resilient, and collaborative attitude.Genuine motivation to work with children and contribute to their development.Commitment to the mission and values of the school and its educational approach.Demonstrate solid and up-to-date pedagogical knowledge, with familiarity with current educational developments and best practices.Understand and embrace the schools philosophy on learning, cultivating a passion for discovery and growth in students.Plan, prepare, and organize meaningful learning experiences based on the Brazilian National Common Core Curriculum (BNCC) and aligned with students academic, emotional, and cognitive development.Design differentiated learning activities that address diverse learning styles and levels within the classroom.Use a wide range of carefully selected instructional strategies that respond effectively to individual and group learning needs.Integrate 21st-century skills and digital tools in teaching, communication, and assessment processes.Consistently apply the Project-Based Learning (PBL) methodology as part of daily teaching practices.Foster a classroom environment where students are active, engaged, autonomous, and respectful toward themselves and others.Create a welcoming, well-organized, and stimulating learning environment that enhances student learning.Encourage respectful interactions and cultivate a collaborative, inclusive classroom culture.Apply varied, intentional assessment strategies in line with school policy to track progress and guide learning.Keep accurate, systematic records of student learning, growth, and achievements over time.Identify and support students individual learning needs through inclusive practices.Support and participate in external and internal assessments as required.Provide clear and constructive feedback to families through scheduled meetings and school reports.Keep families informed about academic progress, achievements, and individual learning needs.Actively participate in school meetings, collaborative planning sessions, and professional development opportunities.Demonstrate ownership of ones professional learning journey.Maintain professional, respectful relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
