About the position
We seek a Senior Key Account Manager with a strong background in consultative sales of outsourcing and recruitment & selection services. You will develop and expand strategic relationships with major accounts, acting as a bridge between client needs and our solutions.
Responsibilities
Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic clients
Identify new business opportunities in HR outsourcing and R&S
Conduct diagnostic meetings and sales presentations
Negotiate contracts and ensure account profitability
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure service excellence
Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for clients
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B HR services sales, especially outsourcing and recruitment
Track record of exceeding targets and managing complex accounts
Negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the HR market in Brazil, focusing on Southeast, Midwest, and/or Northeast regions
Availability for full-time onsite work in Contagem-MG
Differentials
Previous experience in R&S consulting or BPO
Intermediate or advanced English proficiency
Familiarity with tools like Gupy, Greenhouse, or similar ATS
