Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to support our product and engineering environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
This is a mid-level role that requires 2-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums).
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
* Experience working with distributed, global teams.
