ServiceNow Developer Role
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. As a service delivery expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ITSM workflows and modules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop ITSM processes, including configuration management, incident management, problem management, change management, and request fulfillment.
* Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
* Perform platform administration tasks, including user management, roles, and permissions.
* Assist in integrations and customizations as needed.
Required Experience & Skills:
* 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow development and ITSM implementation.
* Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
* Experience with AI, Virtual Agent, Robot Process Automation (RPA).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Certifications:
* Certified System Administrator (CSA)
* Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred)
