The successful candidate will have a strong track record in managing teams and projects, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.Job Responsibilities• Communicate with customers on a day-to-day basis about updates and orders.• Plan and execute installation schedules, accounting customer preferences, availability of resources, and efficient utilisation of teams.• Lead and manage installation and fitting teams, ensuring they are equipped with the correct tools and resources to complete the job.• Support the identification and resolution of post-installation snags or issues reported by customers.• Oversee the maintenance, scheduling, and efficient utilisation of the company's vehicle fleet.• Ability to manage and mentor the team to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.• Develop, implement and deliver policies and procedures related to installation quality, safety protocols, and customer interactions.Skills Required• Strong leadership and communication skills.• Strong organisational and coordination skills to manage various logistics processes simultaneously.• Ability to lead by example.• Ability of problem solve under pressure.• Ability to adapt a plan due for situation changes.• A sound and logical thought process.• Remain calm under pressure.• Aptitude for identifying challenges, proposing innovative solutions, and effectively resolving issues.• Dedication to providing exceptional service and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.Ex Armed Forces experience would be advantageous
