We are seeking a fully qualified finance professional to lead and strengthen our finance function, supporting the company’s strategic growth while ensuring strong financial governance and operational excellence. Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership - Define and implement the company’s financial strategy, aligning with business objectives and growth plans. - Act as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team on financial performance, risks, and opportunities. - Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes. - Support strategic initiatives. Financial Operations & Reporting - Oversee all day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, payroll, payments, and reconciliations. - Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, consolidations, and group-level P&L management. - Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational efficiency and growth. - Maintain oversight of tax compliance, regulatory filings, and statutory requirements. Risk, Compliance & Controls - Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with financial regulations in operating jurisdictions. - Partner with legal and compliance teams to manage financial risk related to licensing, gaming regulations, and AML obligations. - Develop risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets and ensure operational resilience. Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain relationships with auditors, banks, payment providers, investors, and regulatory authorities. - Act as the main financial contact for external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust in all financial matters. - Present financial insights and performance updates to the Directors and shareholders. Team Leadership & Development - Lead, mentor, and scale the finance team to support business expansion. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and accountability within the finance function. - Drive automation and digital transformation within finance to support scalability. About You: - Fully qualified finance professional with previous experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably within the iGaming industry. - Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. - Proven track record managing end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, payroll, payments, reconciliations, and group-level reporting. - Solid experience in cash flow management, working capital optimisation, and financial performance monitoring. - Good understanding of financial regulations, tax compliance, reporting standards, and audit processes. - Experience working within regulated environments; exposure to gaming regulations and AML requirements is an advantage. - Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and present financial insights to directors or stakeholders. - Experience leading and developing finance teams in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
